To the editor: The history of New Ulm and the Minnesota River Valley is critical to Minnesota’s history. At the Minnesota Historical Society (MNHS), our mission is to serve all people of Minnesota by creating meaningful engagement with history. NEW ULM - The New Ulm Film Society’s (NUFS) musical series continues Tuesday, despite a 100% chance of rain with a high probability of singing in it. The screening begins at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, at the New Ulm Public Library. “Singin’ in the Rain” was released in 1952 and is a contender for the greatest film musical of all time.
