New Ulm Police Received a one-vehicle crash report without injuries on the 700 block of North Broadway at 9:08 a.m. Friday. A 2004 Chevy Avalanche driven by Steven R. Kramer, 54, Sleepy Eye, was northbound on Broadway, ran off the road, hit a mailbox and was stopped by a boulevard tree.
