Springfield station gets grant to promote ethanol gas sales
ST. PAUL — Farmward Cooperative in Springfield is one of 44 service stations across the state to be awarded a Biofuels Infrastructure grant from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture Farmward Cooperative will receive a $153,882 grant to offset the cost of investing in upgraded retail petroleum dispensers, fuel storage tanks, and other equipment compatible with motor fuel containing higher blends of ethanol.
