BROWN COUNTY — Citizens have the opportunity to participate in the selection of candidates who will represent their political party in the November election on Tuesday, Feb. 3. Precinct caucus registration begins at 6:30 p.m. Caucuses start at 7 p.m. Caucuses are the first step in the Minnesota political process.
