New Ulm Police
• Responded to the Brown County Evaluation Center at 1:49 p.m. Saturday after a small bag of a white, powdery substance was located. The substance tested positive for methamphetamine. It was not determined who was responsible for bringing meth into the facility. A report was done for documentation.
• Responded to Nova House at 5:26 p.m. Saturday for a 23-year-old Pequot Lakes female on hold that left the facility, after telling staff she was leaving with her father to go home. Crow Wing County was advised the female left with her father. The woman returned to Nova Haus Sunday.
• Talked to a 75-year-old New Ulm man at 7:13 p.m. Saturday who said he was working at the American Legion club when a 40-year-old New Ulm man called to report was held at gunpoint outside the club. A report was sent to investigators.
• Stopped a vehicle for a stop sign violation at 9:03 p.m. Sunday at Broadway and 11th St. North. A 29-year-old Springfield man was cited for no Minnesota driver's license and warned for a stop sign violation. A report was done for documentation.
• Stopped a vehicle driven by a 27-year-old homeless woman known to not have a valid driver's license at 10:17 p.m. Sunday at 7th North and Front St. The woman was cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance. She was arrested and transported to the Brown County Jail. Reports went to the New Ulm City Attorney's Office and Brown County Probation.
• Responded to a report of a physical domestic at 10:42 p.m. Sunday. Officers arrived and located an intoxicated 44-year-old Gibbon man. A 41-year-old Gibbon woman had redness on her arm. The man was arrested and transported to detox and cited for domestic assault. Reports went to Brown County Probation, the Committee Against Domestic Abuse and New Ulm City Attorney's Office.
• Stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation at Broadway and 5th St. S. at 10:42 p.m. Monday. A 23-year-old New Ulm woman was cited for driving after revocation. A report was done for documentation.
