WINDOM -- New Ulm cruised by Wings United 8-0 in a nonconference boys soccer match on Thursday.
Logan Gorblirsch had a hat trick in the game, along with an assist, while Levi Johnson and Methodious Amoah each had two goals. The final goal was an own-goal credited to Aaron Sanabria, who had an assist in the game as well. Oliver Schuch, John Hoffmann, Luis Ramirez and Owen Manthe each had an assist.
New Ulm (4-0) hosts Jordan on Saturday.
PREP VOLLEYBALL
CEDAR MOUNTAIN 3, MADELIA 0
MADELIA -- Cedar Mountain swept Madelia 25-21, 25-13, 25-14 in a nonconference volleyball match on Thursday.
Reagyn Kleinschmidt led the Cougars with 15 kills, 16 set assists and three blocks, while Kendra Erickson had 14 kills, 15 assists and 10 digs. Aubrey Steffl had 15 digs, five kills and three aces, and Sophia Erickson had 12 digs.
Grace Tatro led the Blackhawks with seven kills and four digs, while Carissa Sorenson had six kills and three aces. Avery Tatro had 11 set assists and four digs, and Emily Jacobs and Madelyn Lehman each had 12 digs.
Cedar Mountain (2-0) plays at New Ulm Cathedral next Thursday, while Madelia (1-1) hosts Sleepy Eye St. Mary's on Tuesday.

SLEEPY EYE -- Sleepy Eye St. Mary's rolled Granada-Huntely-East Chain/Truman/Martin Luther 25-13, 25-15, 25-5 in a nonconference volleyball match on Thursday.
Morgan Mathiowetz led the Knights with 13 kills, four digs and two blocks, while Olivia Schieffert had seven kills, six aces, two blocks and two digs. Brynne Ibberson had 19 set assists, and Audra Hoffmann had six kills, four blocks, four digs and two aces.
St. Mary's (2-0) plays at Madelia on Tuesday.
CLEVELAND 3, SLEEPY EYE 0
CLEVELAND -- Cleveland swept Sleepy Eye 25-15, 25-8, 25-12 in a nonconference volleyball match on Thursday.
Callie Evers led the Storm with seven kills and six kills, while Ava Kunkel had 11 set assists, seven digs and two aces. Jace Schauman added nine digs.
Sleepy Eye (0-1) hosts Lester Prairie next Thursday.

PRINSBURG -- Central Minnesota Christian swept Wabasso 25-20, 25-13, 25-22 in a nonconference volleyball match on Thursday.
Kenley Guetter led the Rabbits with 10 kills, seven digs and two aces, wile Kylee Samyn had nine kills and Cassie Bliss had 16 set assists and six digs.
Wabasso (1-2) hosts Sleepy Eye St. Mary's next Thursday.

WASECA 6, NEW ULM 1
NEW ULM -- Waseca defeated New Ulm 6-1 in a Big South Conference girls tennis match on Thursday.
New Ulm's No. 3 singles Lilly Reiger had the only win for the Eagles on the day, defeating Chloe Hagen 6-3, 7-5.
