GIBBON -- Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop swept Sibley East 25-22, 25-22, 25-18 in a nonconference volleyball match on Tuesday.
Kora Schwarzrock led the Firebirds with nine kills, while Ella Nachreiener had seven kills and seven blocks. Maren Kemkes had 11 set assists and eight digs, Natalie Ahlbrecht had 11 set assists, and Chloe Henrichs had 12 digs. Kinley Bruns and Lauren Schafer each added seven digs and two aces.
GFW plays at Mankato Loyola on Tuesday.
BELLE PLAINE 3, NEW ULM 0
NEW ULM -- Belle Plaine swept New Ulm 25-15, 25-11, 25-13 in a Big South Conference volleyball match on Tuesday.
Calli Coop and Kaybrie Melzer each had two kills and three digs for the Eagles, while Karly Meier had five blocks and Mckenna Hulke had three aces and seven digs with three set assists.
New Ulm (4-4) plays at Blue Earth Area on Friday.
ST. CLAIR 3, NICOLLET 1
ST. CLAIR -- St. Clair defeated Nicollet 28-26, 23-25, 25-20, 25-20 in a nonconference volleyball match on Tuesday.
Jacelyn Wilking had five kills and six digs for the Raiders, while Jazmyn Goettlicher had five kills. Lydia Martens had 15 assists, four kills and three blocks, while Maddison Kettner had seven assists, four kills and five digs. Chloe Kachelmeier had 14 digs.
Nicollet plays at New Ulm Cathedral on Tuesday.

COTTONWOOD -- Lakeview downed Wabasso 25-27, 25-18, 25-21, 25-22 in a nonconference volleyball match on Tuesday.
Kenley Guetter led the Rabbits with 17 kills and 12 digs with three block assists, while Cendyll Daub had seven kills, four aces and five total blocks. Britta Brand had 10 digs and three aces, and Cassie bliss had 23 set assists.
Wabasso (1-1) plays at Central Minnesota Christian on Thursday.
WWG 3, SPRINGFIELD 0
SPRINGFIELD -- Westbrook-Walnut Grove swept Springfield 25-10, 26-24, 25-15 in a nonconference volleyball game on Tuesday.
Kendall Krueger had 12 kills and three digs for the Tigers, while Olivia Simonson had five kills and three digs. Sophie Mude had 13 set assists, three digs and an ace, and Noelle Reese had seven digs.
Springfield (0-1) hosts Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda on Tuesday.
