Dorschners take 1st in 26th NUTA Doubles Tournament

The son-father team of Eli and Curtis Dorschner took first at the 26th annual New Ulm Area Tennis Association Doubles Tournament this past Saturday at the MLC courts in New Ulm.

NEW ULM -- The New Ulm Area Tennis Association (NUTA) had a successful 26th annual Doubles Tournament this past Saturday saw the son-and-father team of Eli Dorschner and Curtis Dorschner take first place at the Martin Luther College courts.
The tournament was sponsored by Nuvera.
Joey Kotten and Ethan Neet finished second in the tournament, while Dan Wolfe and Norm Kopp took third.
The NUTA invites players to enjoy open tennis play at the MLC courts at 1800 Boettger Rd., New Ulm. Open play in the NUTA league is available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. from April through October. This gives tennis players a chance to stay active, meet new friends and be part of New Ulm's vibrant tennis community.
