MARSHALL — Hunter Larson pitched a complete game for the New Ulm Legion Gold on Tuesday, helping the Gold hold off Marshall 2-1 in a legion baseball game.

Larson allowed just three hits and one walk for one earned run in the win while striking out three. He threw 90 pitches. He also was 1 for 4 with an RBI at the plate.

Candon Briggs was 2 for 3 with a double and an RBI to lead the Gold, while Zach Hubbard was 2 for 4 with a triple and Jake Finstad was 1 for 2 with a double.
