The Big South Conference released its Baseball All-Conference Team for 2026, with eight total New Ulm players represented, most of any team.

On the Black All-Conference team were junior Tanner Backer, sophomore Owen Castleman and seniors Ryan Rathmann and Zach Hubbard. Juniors Mitchell Hopp and Levi Hopp and seniors Candon Briggs and Dirk Haynes were also Honorable Mentions.

Marshall had six players make the All-Conference team, but had no Honorable Mentions.
