MINNEAPOLIS – Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial capped off an undefeated season with a 3-2 win over Visitation Friday in the Class AA State Softball Championship.

LCWM broke a 2-2 tie in the top of the seventh as Grace Thorson drew a walk with the bases loaded.

Nettie Parsons earned the win for the Knights, striking out three and allowing two runs on six hits in seven innings. At the plate, Parsons was 2 for 3 with two runs scored, while Sydney Kramer had a hit and an RBI.

LCWM ends its season with a 27-0 record.
