NEW ULM — The baseball scoreboard at Johnson Park said “Auf Wiedersehen” to New Ulm Monday morning when it was disassembled and laid on a flatbed truck headed for its new home at Memorial Field in Fairfax.
The scoreboard was purchased from the City of New Ulm by Fairfax.
Installation of Johnson Park’s new video scoreboard was delayed until Thursday because of a logistics issue.
The first game with the new video scoreboard is still scheduled for Monday when the New Ulm Brewers host Courtland at 5 p.m. in a Tomahawk East League game.
