ST. PAUL — St. Catherine swept Martin Luther College 25-13, 25-18, 25-17 on Wednesday night in nonconference women’s volleyball action.

Alyssa Heckendorf led MLC in kills with seven, while Kelsey Birschbach added five. Also for the Knights, Jewel St. Germaine had 13 digs and 11 set assists.

As a team, the Knights had 20 kills and 20 attack errors, while the Wildcats had 31 kills and eight attack errors.

The Knights (0-5) begin play in the UW-Oshkosh Tournament at 5:30 p.m. Friday.
