Here in Minnesota, the greatest gift of all that we have is the gift of life. The gift to live, to love, to enjoy with the talents given to us from the "The Good Lord".
In our past Legislature, some members tried to codify abortion into our State Constitution. It failed as time ran out on the legislative session.
Let us remember abortion is killing of an unborn life that deserves our protection. If this were to pass, it would make abortion legal up to the time of birth and would almost be impossible to reverse.
Please stay in contact with our legislators to let them know your feelings and their positions on this subject. Life is precious and we need to protect it as we have been protected by our Mothers who carried us to term. They loved us, nurtured us, and helped us to be the citizens that we are today.
November elections are near. We have the pro-life Republicans and the Democrats who would codify abortion into our State Constitution. With the November elections near, the winners of the election are the people that will represent us in January. Pay attention to what they stand for. We need candidates who will represent life.
