It says: "But, the vulnerable person or group may not always look the same. Sometimes it may be unborn babies. Sometimes, it may be single mothers, or children in our special education programs, or refugee families."
The author makes a case that sometimes you should vote for the politician who cares for born people but who also thinks people in the womb can be killed by abortion.
However, the late Jesse Jackson declared in an article he wrote for Right to Life News in 1977: "Life is the highest human good not on its own naturalistic merits, but because life is supernatural, a gift from God."
He said "Advocates of taking life prior to birth do not call it killing or murder, they call it abortion". "They further never talk about aborting a baby because that would imply something human. Rather they talk about aborting the fetus. Fetus sounds less than human and therefore can be justified."
The letter author says: "Our U.S. representative will not be the person who moves Minnesota's abortion laws in either direction." That still does not justify voting for a pro-abortion politician. All pro-abortion candidates need to do some serious meditation. This can be initiated by viewing 'Eclipse of Reason' by the late Dr. Bernard Nathanson. Meditate on the baby boy who is summarily executed in the name of "Pro-Choice"
