To the editor:

What is abortion? Abortion is expelling a life from it’s mother’s womb. Taking of a life is murder. The definition of murder in the Webster’s dictionary is the act of killing a human being by another human, which is, sinning against God’s creation. We should have all learned this by the time we reached the “Age of Reason!” In the Bible, Genesis chapter 1:27, it says “God created man in His image, male and female He created them.” God blessed them and said, “Increase and multiply and subdue the earth.”

Chelsey Franta’s letter to the editor in The Journal on 1-19-2023 was right on target. I quote, “We need to educate people that human beings do not have the right to kill another human being. We need to educate our young people about their bodies, how they work and personal responsibility!”

Thanks to the Supreme Court’s ruling last June, reversing the unconstitutional right to kill babies, there has been a true awakening of the heart! The “March for Life” on 1-20-2023 at Washington DC and the 50th Anniversary of the “March for Life” on 1-22-2023 at the Minnesota State Capitol was robust and sends a strong Pro-Life message. Their message is to propose a national ban on abortion, which is long overdue! What ever happened to the baby’s (being a citizen of the United States), “Right to Life?” It is mind boggling that Governor Walz and the Democrat Party desire to destroy God’s gift to man, which is “procreation.” Their purpose is to destroy our Faith, Family and Freedom.

Thank God, the Pro-Life movement is not going away, but becoming even stronger! We need to get to the root of our problem, which is “Education” and also the “Breakdown of Families.” Families should be responsible to teach their children. We shall all be held responsible for our actions, or non-actions, “good” or “bad.”
