To the editor:

I have to clarify and give credit where it’s due. I was not the brainchild behind the Horse Parade Saturday evening for the Assisted Living & Nursing Home Facilities in New Ulm. The idea actual\y came from Adam Towles with Foresee Studios and Michael Looft, New Ulm Chamber of Commerce President. I was simply the messenger between them and the horse people that I know.

Hopefully the residents enjoyed seeing the holiday lights and had pleasant dreams that night. Huge shout out to those who brought their horses to town all decked out in lights. The overall consensus among the participants is to do more tours for future holidays, maybe during the daylight hours so the residents can actually see the horses better.
