NEW ULM--Maxine Herzog, 94, of New Ulm, died Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Garden Terrace in New Ulm. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday, August 28, 2026 at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity of New Ulm. Father Gerald Meidl will celebrate the Mass. Burial will follow in the New Ulm City Cemetery, Soldier's Rest section, in New Ulm. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2026 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Homes - North Chapel in New Ulm. Visitation will continue on Friday from 10-11 a.m. at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm. The Christian Mother's Society will pray the rosary at 4 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2026 at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm.
