SLEEPY EYE — Betty M. Alt, age 92 of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota died on July 1, 2026, at Sleepy Eye Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. The clergy will be Pastor David Nissen. Interment will be at Home Cemetery. Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye. Betty is survived by sons, Randy Alt of Jordan, MN, Rick (Kelli) Alt and Ross (Darla) Alt both of Casper, WY; daughter Julie (Clete) Ludewig of Sleepy Eye, MN; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Shirley Cannon and Gail (Russell) Sorenson, both of Sleepy Eye, MN, Beverly Carnell of Bloomington, MN, and Phyllis Thompson of Hillman, MN; along with many nieces and nephews.
