COTTAGE GROVE–Helen Marie Engelking, age 90, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 29, 2026 surrounded by her three loving daughters. Preceded in death by husband, Francis; son, Michael; parents, Frank and Gertrude Fleck; and brother, Dennis. Survived by daughters, Cindy Kemper, Carmen (Paul) Thorvaldson, and Christy (Robin) Fodor; grandchildren, Brian (Amy), Lindsay (James), Rachelle (Alex), Tom (Erin), Christian (Patience), Dylan (Sarah), Erin, Natalie (Garrett), and Justin; great-grandchildren, Carter, Connor, Hailey, Samuel, Casey, Avry, Brooke, Carmen, Vivian, Eleanor, Lucas, King, Alaska, Wesley, and Oliver; great-great-grandchild, Finnegan. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM with visitation at 10 AM, Wednesday, July 22 at St. Thomas Becket Catholic Church, 4455 S. Robert Trail, Eagan MN 55123. Lunch immediately following the service at the church.
