COMFREY–Mavis (Graff) Simon, 96 of Comfrey, Minnesota died on June 21, 2026, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Jeffers Baptist Church in Jeffers, Minnesota followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. The clergy will be Pastor John Keck. Interment will be at Congregational Cemetery in Comfrey. Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sturmfh.com. She is survived by her children, Gwendolyn Jansen, Peggy Thom, and Kenneth Simon; 6 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. Per her request, a simple service will take place on June 29, 2026, at the Jeffers Baptist Church.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making memorial donations in her name to a charity of the donor’s choice.
