Carol grew up in Belle Plaine, MN and attended Trinity Lutheran School, and it was there she met her husband Ted, and the two of them were married June 28, 1975. Carol found happiness in life alongside Ted for 50 years, whether that was in the passenger seat of their Peterbilt, motorcycle or snowmobile, or simply at their home near Starbuck, MN. Carol devoted her life to God and her family and will truly be missed.

Carol was proceeded in death only by her parents. She was survived by her husband Ted, sons Wayne (Emily) Carlson (Savage, MN) and Michael (Lynnette) Carlson (Rockville, MN) and four Grandsons- Kaiden, Wyatt, Jeremiah and Isaiah. She was also survived by siblings Jan (Steve) Gregory, Leon (Margie) Borgardt, Larry (Diane) Borgardt, Lori (Jerome) Winterfeldt and many nieces and nephews.

Services for Carol will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Hancock, MN on Wednesday, July 17th. Fellowship will begin at 10 am with the service following at 11 a.m.
