Jordan Rick Meine, the son of Ricky and Angie (Nachreiner) Meine, was born on May 12, 1994, in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. He spent his early years growing up on the farm in Clements until age 14 when he moved with his family to Springfield. Jordan participated in football and wrestling in school and following his graduation from Springfield High School in 2012, Jordan attended Ridgewater College in Willmar for autobody. He put his skills and talent to work at Jeff’s Body Shop, Weelborg Ford, Miller Sellner, and most recently, Redwood School. He moved back to the farm in Clements in 2020.
As a young boy of six years old, Jordan found his passion in racing. He started with Go Karts and as he grew, so did his interest and skill. At 13 years old, he moved on to the Bomber Class at Redwood Speedway followed by Sport Mod Class at age 16. Fueled by adrenaline and a competitive spirit, Jordan won many racing trophies over the years, and he was most proud of being Redwood Speedway Sport Mod Champion in 2024.
While his passion undoubtedly was racing, Jordan’s heart was being a dad to his daughters. Jordan loved his girls dearly. He cherished his family and friends, and he will be missed beyond measure.
Jordan is survived by his parents, Ricky and Angie Meine, Springfield, MN; daughters, Skyler Meine, Watkins, MN and Amelia Meine, Clements, MN; sister and brother-in-law, Amanda (Greg) Lang, Sleepy Eye, MN; niece and nephew, Blair and Boyd Lang; significant other, Kathy Nelsen, Clements, MN; stepdaughter, Rylee Nelsen, Clements, MN; step-nephew and step-niece, Jayden Lang and Taylor Lang; grandparents, Duane and Jelene Nachreiner and Rita Meine, all of Springfield, MN; and aunts and uncles, Nicole (Nate) Stevermer, Sleepy Eye, MN, Jodi Nachreiner, Springfield, MN, Jason (Nikki) Nachreiner, Springfield, MN, Roxie (Curt) Baumann, Springfield, MN, and Ronnie Meine, Springfield, MN; and other loving relatives and friends.
