NEW ULM–Mary Ellen Fluegge, 77 of rural New Ulm died on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at the Southview Living Center in Gibbon. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Monday, August 5, 2024, at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm.  Burial will follow in the St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in New Ulm. Visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home-North Chapel in New Ulm.  The visitation will continue from 10-11 a.m. on Monday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church prior to the service. Mary Ellen is survived by her husband, Duane “Max” Fluegge of rural New Ulm; daughters, Tammy Wills of Nicollet, Kelli Bolduan of Courtland; sons, Brian Fluegge of New Ulm, Darren Fluegge of New Ulm, Rick Fluegge of Lafayette; 14 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
