NEW ULM--Joyce Ellen (Tucker) McCoy, 90 of New Ulm, passed away July 23rd, 2024 at St. Cloud hospital. She was born January 26th, 1934 in Pierpont South Dakota. She leaves behind 5 children and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. There will be a celebration of life on August 10th from 2:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. at the VFW in New Ulm.
