SPRINGFIELD–Alvin A. Matzke, 92, of Springfield, MN died on May 13, 2024, at Harmony River Living Center in Hutchinson, MN. Visitation will be on Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Springfield, MN. Service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Springfield, MN, on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. The clergy will be Pastor Carl Billings. Interment will be at the Lamberton Cemetery. Alvin is survived by his siblings- Arlene Kruse (Hutchinson, MN), Emma Wall (Balaton, MN), Edna Goll (Hancock, MN), Helen Goll (Alexandria, MN), and William Matzke (Hutchinson, MN). Alvin was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Robert Matzke, Elmer Matzke, Ervin Matzke, and Esther Kruse.
