COMFREY–Roger Herbert Hoek, 85, of Comfrey, MN died on April 9, 2024, at Sleepy Eye Medical Center. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at New Hope Lutheran Church, Comfrey and will continue on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Lutheran Church. Service will be held at New Hope Lutheran Church, on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The clergy will be Pastor John Hopper. Inurnment will be at the Christian Reformed Cemetery in rural Comfrey, MN. Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield, MN. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sturmfh.com. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Carolyn; son Scott; daughters Angela and Tanya; and 5 grandchildren. Roger was preceded in death by his parents.
