NEW ULM–Judith Ann Rathmann, 80, of New Ulm, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at the Southview Living Center in Gibbon, Minnesota of congestive heart failure. Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home – SOUTH Chapel in New Ulm. Inurnment will follow in the New Ulm City Cemetery.
