LAKE CITY — Frances “Fran” Lynn Bast, 81, of Lake City, formerly of Springfield, died on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at her home.
Memorial Services will be held in the summer of 2023 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Springfield. A complete obituary will follow at a later date.
