Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, March 2, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Mountville, Dryden Township, Sibley County, with interment in the church cemetery at a later date.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, at the Egesdal Funeral Home in Gaylord and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.

Ruth Johanna Alvina (Hoppe) Uecker was born on November 5, 1926, in Dryden Township, Sibley County to Herman and Lydia (Henke) Hoppe.

Ruth is survived by her grandson and great-grandchild.
