Funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in New Ulm. Burial will follow in the New Ulm City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Friday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home-South Chapel in New Ulm. The visitation will continue from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church prior to the service.

Helen is survived by her daughters, Pat Kinate of Woodbury and LuAnn Runck of Minneapolis; her sons, Rae Runck of New Ulm, Jim Runck of Minneapolis; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Helen Virginia Prahl was born August 19, 1929, at the Union Hospital in New Ulm to Otto and Emily (Hensel) Prahl.
