A victory service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church of Sleepy Eye on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022. at 11 a.m. with Pastor Nathanael Mayhew officiating. Visitation will be held before the service at the church at 10 a.m.

The committal service for family is at Home Cemetery at 9 a.m. on Saturday.

Marlys was born in Eden Township of Brown County to Edward and Linda (Drusch) Beilke on Aug. 7, 1925.

Marlys is survived by her sister, Janice (Mike) Schieffert of Bloomington, Minnesota; children, Susan (Mark) Rehm of Eagan, Deborah (Bill) Geschwind of Blaine, Minnesota, and Dean (Virginia) of Eau Claire, Wisconsin; 12 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman; parents, Ed and Linda Beilke; and brother, Donald.Beilke.

Memorial donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, Church Expansion Fund, or the American Cancer Society.
