Visitation will be noon-1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022, at the St. John Lutheran Church, Springfield. A service will be held at 1 p.m. at the church. Interment will be at the Springfield City Cemetery.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home (sturmfh.com) in Springfield.

Cynthia Lee Moe was born on July 26, 1947, to Charles and Barbara (Larsen) Welshans in Minneapolis, Minnesota. On April 30, 1970, she was united in marriage to Kurt Moe. She is survived by her siblings, Paul Welshans, Robert Welshans, and Suzanne Ward.
