Don was born on April 14, 1952, in New Ulm, Minnesota, to Floyd and Ona Andersen. He worked for the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad and retired from the Union Pacific Railroad in Iowa. He enjoyed retirement in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, where he had many neighborhood friends. He loved riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, son, brother and friend.

Don was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Andersen. He is survived by his wife, Hilde; mother, Ona Hoffmann (Andersen); and three brothers, Garry, Bob and Jeff.

No services will take place, as Don requested, but we do appreciate your love and support during this difficult time.
