She was born Nov. 24, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas, to Ross and Rose Roberts and married Ronald Gilbertson on Aug. 17, 1963.

She is survived by her three daughters, Denise, Laura and Michelle. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 1, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye with burial following in Home Cemetery. Sturm Funeral Home (sturmfh.com) is assisting the family with arrangements.
