Beth was born Nov. 23, 1966 in Fairmont to John and Darlene Eisenmenger. She grew up in Fairmont, attended St. John Vianney School and graduated from Fairmont High School. She went on to attend and graduated college from St. Cloud State University.

Beth married David Welsh on June 15, 1991 at St. John Vianney Church in Fairmont. Beth and Dave were blessed with three children, Alexandra, Jessica and John.

Beth was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Family and friends were most important to her. She worked many years in the retail industry including Target in New Ulm before joining BIC in Sleepy Eye. She had an unbelievable work ethic which she got from her parents. She never wanted to leave work unless everything was done. Like her father, Beth loved to collect things. Her favorite collections included Red Wing Pottery of Red Wing, Minnesota and anything “Rooster.” Beth loved spending weekends at her lake place in Spicer, the friendships she made there were special. The best weekends were when all three children and their dogs joined them at the lake.

We were blessed to have her with us for 54 years.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 29 years, David Welsh; her three children, Alexandra Welsh (Zachary Gulden) of Waseca, MN, Jessica Welsh (Jeffery Walsh) of New Ulm and John Welsh of Hanska; mother, Darlene Eisenmenger; mothe-in-law, Ruth Welsh; siblings, Tom (Cheryl) Eisenmenger, Maribeth (Rick) Krueger, Jeanne (Bob) Alm, and Susan Underdahl; sister-in-law, Deb Sanborn; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Beth was preceded in death by her father, John “Pal” Eisenmenger; father-in-law, Richard Welsh; brother-in-law, Richard Welsh III; and brother-in-law, James Sanborn.
