Sylvia dedicated her life to raising her children and helping on the farm. She also worked at the Holiday Inn and at Nicollet Mart.

Sylvia led a very active and social life. She was with the Martha Circle since 1955, the Red Hat Society, Courtland Evangelical Lutheran Church, and many bowling leagues. Spending time with family was her greatest joy in life, she never turned her back on them no matter what happened. Sylvia will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Blessed be her memory.
