MAHTOMEDI—Richard Harris, 89, of Mahtomedi, MN, died September 10, 2026, at home with his son, Mark, by his side. He was born May 24, 1937, in New Ulm, MN, to Oswald and Edith (Kemske) Harris. After graduating from New Ulm Public High School in 1955, Richard earned a BA in Social Studies from Mankato State College and pursued graduate work at the University of Minnesota.
