New Ulm Police Responded to a two-vehicle accident without injuries at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at 7th North and Broadway. A 1993 Ford Taurus driven by Kaylee R. Engle, 16, Lamberton, was southbound on Broadway near 7th North and a 2008 Chevy Silverado driven by Jason P. Stadtherr, 34, New Ulm, was northbound on Broadway, near 7th North when Engle turned east onto 7th North and the collision occurred. Both drivers wore seat belts. Brown CountyDistrict Court Stephen M. Kostoff, 32, 305 11th St. N., New Ulm, received a stay of adjudication Monday for malicious punishment of a child-less than substantial bodily harm. A misdemeanor domestic assault charge was dismissed. He was fined $900, credit to fine for out-of-pocket counseling expenses and fee for Vet's Court, if any.
