Tiffany J. Bobo, 25, 1601 S. Valley, New Ulm, was charged Thursday with gross misdemeanor damage to property and misdemeanor motor vehicle tampering. According to a Statement of Probable Cause, New Ulm Police responded to a vehicle vandalism report at 11:57 a.m., Tuesday at 1208 N. State. At the scene, a woman said Bobo threw a flower planter towards her daughter’s car, and she saw Bobo kick the car in the middle of the left rear driver’s side, denting the door. Police saw a shoe print on the door in two places. A damage estimate totaled $530.87. Bobo admitted to police that she threw a planter at the car.
