New Ulm Police • Officers noticed a vehicle operating with a gas pump nozzle and about 12 feet of a gas hose dragging behind it near 1st St. S. and Washington St. at 5:44 p.m. Saturday. Police talked with a 71-year-old Edina man who said he just filled up with gas at Kwik Trip in New Ulm. Police found a damaged pump at Kwik Trip. Insurance information was provided to Kwik Trip.
