Brown County Sheriff's Office
• Responded to a driving complaint at near County Road 2 and 120th Street, Stately Township at 11:16 a.m. Monday. A 38-year-old Lamberton man was cited for expired registration and unsafe equipment after pulling a trailer without tires on a gravel road.
• Transported a 32-year-old Comfrey woman to the Brown County Evaluation Center Detox Division after her mother requested she be taken to detox due to intoxication at 11:50 a.m. Saturday. A report was done for documentation.
New Ulm Police
• Assisted Brown County Probation in the arrest of a 37-year-old New Ulm man for a probation violation at 10:08 p.m. on the 200 block of Minnesota Street South. The man was transported to detox, placed on a hold, and later transported to the Brown County Jail. A report went to Brown County Probation.
• Stopped a vehicle for speeding at 12:37 a.m. Saturday at 12th Street South and Minnesota Street. A 32-year-old New Ulm driver showed impairment signs and was transported to New Ulm Medical Center for a blood draw, then transported to the Brown County Jail. A report will go to the New Ulm City Attorney's Office after blood draw results are received.
• Received a $281.77 gas drive off report from Kwik Trip North at 9:13 a.m. Saturday. There were no license plates on the truck or trailer. Theft photos were placed on the New Ulm Police Dept. Facebook page.
• A 70-year-old New Ulm woman said her vehicle was tampered with on the 1100 block of Summit Ave. at 11:34 a.m. Saturday. No vehicle entry was made. A report was done for documentation.
• Received a domestic report at 1:06 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of North Broadway involving an 11-year-old female and 31-year-old woman. No substantial injuries reported. A report went to Brown County Human Services.
