Brown County Sheriff’s Office

• Received an animal complaint report at 6:13 p.m. Thursday on 300th Ave., Mulligan Township. A 25-year-old Mankato man had minor injuries from a loose dog bite. Medical attention was sought. A report was done for documentation.

New Ulm Police

• Responded to a theft report at Kwik Trip, 1623 N. Broadway at 6 p.m. Thursday. A 54-year-old New Ulm man was cited for misdemeanor theft for stealing $13.95 worth of soft drinks and candy bars.

• Responded to an assault report at 11:13 p.m. Thursday at the Brown County Fairgrounds. Fifteen and 16-year-old New Ulm females got into a fight. One girl hit the other in the head with a water bottle. A report went to the Brown County Attorney’s Office for review.

• Stopped a vehicle driven by a 42-year-old New Ulm woman at 12:40 a.m. at 12th South Street and State Street. The woman was arrested for DWI and transported to the Brown County Jail. A report went to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.

• Responded to a report of a jail inmate, a 46-year-old New Ulm man, damaged a desk in the Brown County Jail booking room. No injuries were reported. A report went to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.
