Minnesota State Patrol
• Responded to a one-vehicle crash on TH 60 at the westbound TH 30 ramp, Fieldon Township, Watonwan County at 9:32 a.m. Nov. 9, 2023. Nathan Alan Lang, 44, Comfrey, was driving a 2003 Peterbilt tractor westbound on TH 60 to westbound TH 30 when he rolled into the ditch. He was transported to Mayo Clinic Mankato with non-life threatening injuries. He did not wear a seat belt. Alcohol was not involved. Assisting were the Watonwan County Sheriff's Office, Madelia Police, Fire and Ambulance and the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
New Ulm Police
• Received a scam/fraud report in rural New Ulm at 2:01 p.m. Nov. 7 from a 63-year-old New Ulm man who said his name and business were being impersonated on the Square App. A report was sent to investigators.
• Received a report at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 9 from a 40-year old New Ulm man living on the 1500 block of Payne St. N. who said his being harassed by his ex-girlfriend, a 42-year-old New Ulm woman, and a 44-year-old New Ulm man, whom he said he has an HRO (harassment restraining order) against. A report was sent to the New Ulm City Attorney's Office.
• Issued a speeding ticket to a 31-year-old Lafayette woman at 17th Street North and Front Street at 10:23 a.m. Nov. 9.
• Issued tickets for speeding and using a cell phone while driving to a 66-year-old Morgan woman at 7th Street North and Front Street at 10:36 a.m. Nov. 9.
• Ticketed a 24-year-old New Ulm man for using a cell phone while driving at Broadway and 8th Street North at 2:22 p.m. Nov. 9.
• Ticketed a 59-year-old New Ulm man for speeding at the KC Road and North Highland at 2:36 p.m. Nov. 9.
