New Ulm Police
• Received a report of several men at the Burger King drive-through, 1922 S. Broadway with open alcohol containers at 10:31 p.m. July 12. A 35-year-old St. Paul man was cited for open bottle and no Minnesota driver's license.
• Reported a two-vehicle crash with no injuries at 16th North and Broadway at 10:50 a.m. July 12. A 2015 Toyota Prius driven by Seanne M. Godwin, 39, New Ulm and a 2014 Freightliner driven by Ricardo Ramirez-Estrada, 37, Elmore, were stopped at the 16th North stoplight. The Freightliner turned wide onto Broadway and collided with the Toyota that turned right on the right side of the Freightliner, hitting the rear trailer wheels. Damage was moderate to the Toyota. There was no semi damage.
Minnesota State Patrol
• Reported a three-vehicle crash on TH 4 and 660th Avenue, Cairo Township, Renville County, several miles north of Fairfax at 2:43 p.m. July 12. A 2017 Honda Accord driven by Theresa M. Tudisco, 36, Alexandria was southbound on TH 4, passing vehicles when she collided with two semis on the road. She was transported to an Olivia hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Semi trucks included a 2018 Peterbuilt driven by Caleb G. Schumacher, 24, Lamberton; and a 2012 Freightliner Cascadia driven by Tarol J. Stone, 62, Hutchinson. The semi drivers were not injured. All drivers wore seat belts. An airbag deployed in the Honda. Alcohol was not involved. Assisting agencies were Fairfax Police, Fire and Ambulance and the Renville County Sheriff's Office.
