Plans underway to relocate winery to downtown New Ulm
NEW ULM — Doppeleichen Vineyards annonces it plans to relocate from 58608 County Rd 21 to downtown New Ulm at 227 N. Minnesota St., where they have filed a Conditional Use Permit for a Farm Winery operation to be located. Owner Paul Neyers has already begun plans for conversion of vacant office space at 511 and 513 N 3rd St for production and tasting purposes. Upon approval, work will begin, with the goal of having space available for production and tastings in time for fall harvest. Neyers has been growing grapes for over 25 years.
