Willkommen Sweet Haven Tonics

The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently held a special ribbon cutting ceremony at Sweet Haven Tonics to welcome the new lounge downtown. Leah Pekrul, a school teacher from New Ulm, started making craft cocktail concentrates during the pandemic and gifting them to family and friends. Inspired by the overwhelming response, she decided to also add a cocktail lounge to her venture, which recently held its grand opening at 116 N Minnesota Street. Sweet Haven Tonics has nine concentrate flavors to choose from, all made from scratch, which can be used to create alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Pictured above are: Dan Forsythe, 3 Saints Contracting; Cathy Anderson, Alliance Bank; Leah Pekrul, Danielle Scriver, Lori Pietz, and Bethel Boeder, Sweet Haven Tonics.
