NEW ULM — The Board of Directors of Nuvera Communications last week approved a third-quarter dividend payment of $.14 per share to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 9 and payable on Sept. 16.

“Nuvera’s significant investment in the fiber overbuild for all our communities continued to roll out in a very tangible way this summer, with construction ongoing in several communities,

including New Ulm, Goodhue, Springfield, Sleepy Eye, Litchfield, Aurelia, Glencoe, Hutchinson and Prior Lake,” said Nuvera CEO Glenn Zerbe. “By the end of the year, thousands of customers will be experiencing faster, more reliable internet. It’s an incredible time of growth for Nuvera and we are excited to see the rewards come to fruition for our customers, employees, and shareholders.”
