Mental health counselor joins Wellness Collective
The New Ulm Wellness Collective is adding mental health counseling services by adding Bonnie Beranek-Fortwengler of Meraki LegaCy Counseling Services to the organization.
Bonnie is a native of New Ulm and her career has been focused on serving others. Bonnie has her master’s degree in social work from St. Thomas and St. Catherine’s University. Bonnie provides mental health counseling for various ages and mental health concerns but specializes in play techniques, emotional support during active oncology treatment and survivorship, grief and loss, and geriatric care.
She is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work and is a member of the National Association of Social Work.
Bonnie is now seeing clients at The New Ulm Wellness Collective, located at 15 S. Minnesota St.
