Citizens Bank Minnesota recently announced that Brandon Schmiesing has joined the Citizens team as an agricultural and commercial lending officer.

Schmiesing is a graduate of Minnesota State University-Moorhead, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently enrolled in Farm Financial Management at South Central College in Mankato.

He grew up on a farm and officially began farming in 2016 when he moved back to the area.

Schmiesing was also a business-to-business sales manager for the past six years.

Brandon and his wife, Nicole, along with their three children, reside in Courtland.
